The outer packaging of Shenma m30s-88t is relatively simple (because the engineering prototype temporarily adopts M20S outer packaging). The outer packaging size of the whole machine is 485x230x355mm, and the logistics weight is 11.4kg, which is a little lighter than Shenma m20s-68t (12.3kg).

The whole machine uses one air inlet and one air outlet fan for heat dissipation, and the air inlet fan is equipped with a metal protective cover (tips for mine operation and maintenance: due to long-distance transportation, the fan alarm may be abnormal after the arrival of the mine machine with similar design, because the metal protective cover presses the fan blade, so you only need to pull the metal protective cover out a little)

Shenma m30s-88t uses the H3 control board, which is connected to the power board through the connecting line of the adapter board. The panel interface and buttons have not changed. The model, power, Sn code and network card MAC address are also marked on the control board shell, and a power supply of p21-gb-12-3300 is equipped as standard.

The chassis is made of aluminum alloy die-casting. The force calculation board is inserted and fixed through the groove and arranged closely. Three force calculation boards are built in. Each force calculation board has 148 Samsung 8nm ASIC chips, a total of 444 chips.
Both sides of the force calculation board are covered with heat sink, the middle is coated with thermal conductive silicone grease, and reinforced with 26 spring screws.
